Conditions for Refund and Cancellation

Since the diagnostic tests are digital, automated and once submitted, these cannot be un-submitted therefore a refund or cancellation is possible only if: 

• You do not begin the assessment after payment. 
• For any unused credits within 3 months from the date of purchase. 

Shipping and Delivery

All diagnostic assessments and results are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping or delivery of the tests or the results by default.
